I am looking for 5-10 people who love Cycle/Spin and want to try something different!

Join this FREE Workshop where we will create a choreography for 1-2 songs (chosen by each person) and perform it in a fun and supportive environment.

I’ll be there to there to help with ideas, coaching and preparation every step of the way.

No need to be perfect, the goal is to enjoy the experience and celebrate our love of Cycle/Spin together!!
