Hey there Folk's.

This is a throwback from last year and our Ireland AM interview. We will be running outdoor Rock Climbing and Abseiling for complete beginners from May.

Greetings to you all. Soon we will be posting our events for the coming month's. We will kick off the season with Rock Climbing & Abseiling, Guided Hikes, Coastal Walks, Yoga for Hiking, Intro to Trail Running, Outdoor Wellness Workshops and more.

All our events will take place in Dublin and the Wicklow Mts and Coastline. You will find our events posted on our page and here.

Back out again running a private family rock sessions before the outdoor season ends. One family from the U.S. and of course Eire. We covered basic rock climbing movements for beginners, abseiling, and personal setups.

We also threw in a basic workshop on 7 Principles of Leave No Trace.
