Great turnout today for our presentation on the stages of female health. Doctor covered everything from the demands of motherhood and hormonal fluctuations to common challenges like persistent brain fog, helping attendees understand their bodies better and feel empowered.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, supported, shared, and got behind our fundraiser for the Clontarf Bulls. Together, we raised an incredible €4,441.86!

Your generosity will make a real difference. The funds raised will be used to support the ongoing development of the Clontarf Bulls, including new playing kit, specialised equipment, rugby-related activities and trips, and helping to create the best possible experience for the players.

The Clontarf Bulls are an amazing team for children and young people with additional needs, and this support helps provide opportunities, build confidence, promote inclusion, and create unforgettable memories both on and off the pitch.

How we program!
Every class is built with scalable modifications so that all clients—from beginners to experienced lifters—have clear room to progress. We prioritize proper form, smart progression, and individual needs, making sure each workout challenges you appropriately without overwhelming you.
Strength training serves as the foundation of our program design because it delivers consistent, measurable results. It builds muscle, increases metabolism, strengthens bones and joints, improves posture and stability, and supports long-term injury resilience. Contact our team [email protected].

Join our Mums & Buggies class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm. Bring your little one for a postnatal-friendly workout with core work, pelvic floor strength and activation, mobility with mods for all fitness levels.

What a month! We kicked things off with the Edge Games, came together for Community Week, and launched our exciting new teen group. The energy, participation, and smiles across the board have been fantastic.
June is already shaping up to be just as strong! We’re kicking things off with our new SGPT program, fundraising for the Clontarf Bulls, and hosting a special “Stages of Female Health” talk.
A huge thank you to all our amazing staff and dedicated members — you make The Edge what it is.

From workshops and talks on golf performance, nutrition, men’s health, female health, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Edge Games, and running performance, we want to make sure our staff, clients and members all heave a place to learn, improve and grow.
