Last week was a mixed one. Seconds powered on with a 5-0 home win against North Kildare, but the firsts went down the full 0-7 away to Greenhills (that's what we meant last week by 'tough matches to come'). But sure we'll keep getting carried away anway - might as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb, so C'MON THE UNIIIIONNNNN!!!! 😁🚂🚂🚂

Another great week for Railway. A 4-1 home win against Shankill by the seconds followed by a 7-0 home win yesterday against St James' Gate for the firsts. Some tough matches to come, tho, so we won't get carried away. Ah feckit - why not, while we can! C'MON THE UNION!!!! 😁🚂🚂🚂

Great results the week just gone. Saturdays took 5 points away to Westmanstown yesterday, and Mondays took 4.5 points away to Crumlin last Monday. Two excellent away wins leave both teams in the top half of their respective leagues half-way (more or less) through the season 😁 🚂

Two great wins at home over the last few evenings. The 1sts beat Skerries 7-0 tonight and the 2nds beat CYM 5-0 last night. And the weather held up as well. In fact, nothing to complain about at all 😁

Bit of a tough time for us the week just gone. The first team went down 1-6 in St. James's Gate yesterday (kudos to Billy's rink for the point), and the seconds struggled out in Aer Lingus last Monday and lost 0-5 (always extremely difficult to get any points there). But to finish on an upbeat note - it's a BANK HOLIDAY tomorrow, so ENJOY!!! 😁
