Alright boys n girls well another weekend of Hercules athletes competing, and this week in the powerlifting National Championships in Monaghan this past weekend, and again with great results, so overall, lorcan winning his class, gavin second place and amelia third place.

Lorcan Patchell:
U93kg 🥇
SQ - 180kg
BP - 115kg
DL - 272.5kg
Total - 567.5kg

Gavin Bolger
U120+ 🥈
SQ - 225kg
BP - 167.5kg
DL - 250kg
Total - 642.5kg

Amelia Crook
U69kg 🥉
SQ - 147.5kg
BP - 105kg
DL - 165kg
Total - 417.5kg

The All Irelands Championship crowned the best province based off the IPF GL points, with Leinster winning it overall.

Hi all,
Just a quick shout out to Hercules Club members Lorcan Patchall ,Gavin Bolger and Amelia Crook who are all competing at the 'All Irish Powerlifting Championships' taking place this Saturday 06 June in the Four Seasons hotel in Monaghan. Lorcan will be competing in the u93kg class while Gavin will be competing with the big boys at super heavyweight over 120kg class. Amelia Crook in the 69k category

Hi all well another one of our membership, Hugh Conroy will be competing for Ireland tomorrow in the IPF World Bench Championships in Warsaw, Poland. He’ll be competing in the u83kg class, he has a big bench on him and has a great shot in getting the Irish Bench National record if all goes to plan. We wish him the best of luck!☘️

Great news just in ,All three Hercs powerlifting competitors won their weight classes this weekend in the IPF May Open. Tola got top female overall and Garance got 2nd. Mark got 2nd best male lifter overall. What a showing! 🏅🏅
Looking forward to seeing these guys on the platform again.
Really well done to all, from all at the Hercules club.
