Its time to bring the fun back to fitness and start getting our communities active. Totally Shredded Dublin welcomes everybody to come along and be part of our fitness family. This class is for men and women of all ages and abilities who just wanna work out, have fun, meet new people and get in the best shape of there life. Just imagine 3k watts sound system banging out the best drum & bass beats you've ever heard with mixes from the best DnB Dj's, imagine a club feeling every time you work out, this workout has taken the UK by storm and is now branching out all over Europe.
