☘️ 2026 ADCC IRISH CUP CHAMPIONS ☘️

The squad were on 🔥 today as we brought a team of 5 competitors to & Irish Cup.

11 matches, 10 wins and 5 grapplers doing their team proud.

once again tested himself at the Professional level and was tireless all day in supporting his team mates.

stormed through his division, displaying the growth of his game and control.

continued his streak of submission heavy performances. The most casual looking sniper in Irish grappling.

showed how dangerous we onow his game to be with 2 slick finishes.

Last but certainly not lease, clinched the academy title for us with a brillant and composed display for such a young grappler.

Great day for our academy and team.

🥋 MORNING BJJ CLASSES 🥋

After introducing morning BJJ classes in June, and receiving a great response, we are delighted to add early morning BJJ classes as a permanent fixture to our timetable. 🙌

Coached by an experienced grappler and superb coach in , these classes are sure to continue growing and we will look at adding further days as our morning squad develops 🤝

These classes take place on Fridays, 7am - 8.30am and are open to Adults & Teens from all clubs.

1 x Pro Title fight for .chopchop . An opportunity anticipated for featherweight but when his name is mentioned, featherweights become very scarce. They know what we know, and what Aleks will show this Sunday when he claims the Lightweight Belt 💪

1 x Amatuer Title fight for who already impressed many in claiming the interim lightweight belt months ago. The constant improvements in all facets of his game will be on display come Sunday.

1 x Future Star of Irish MMA in steps in to fight in her 3rd MMA fight. Already a 2 weight kickboxing champion and recently selected for the national squad, Eimear is rapidly accumulating skill and experience and has already built a formidable base that we all can’t wait to see on display in this, and future fights.
