Hi guys,

For those of you interested in losing body fat, remember it's all about calories in -v- calories out. Making 'healthy' swaps in restaurants etc may not always be the best option (see pic below for example).

If anyone wants dietary advice on what they should/ should not eat, let me know 🙋🏽‍♀️

Hi everyone,

Some of you may know that the parish centre is closing from the 1st of July to the 1st of Sept to carry out maintenance. We will still have 3 classes of term remaining, so I will be using St Pats GAA club instead.

St Pats will be available for next term but I will need a commitment by next monday as to whether I will have enough numbers to make it feasible.

If you have any friends/family interested in joining please bring them along.
Any questions, you can message me or speak to me in class tonight.

Fitness classes will be held on both a Monday & Wednesday from 6:45 to 7:45 in the parish centre.

Classes are aimed at toning the whole body, whilst strengthening core muscles.

Beginners to exercise very welcome!
Full 1:1 tuition given
Friendly atmosphere

Price below for a 6week term:
€40 for one class per week &
€80 for two classes per week.
