So many women tell me the same thing, the scales does matter, but ultimately it’s not the number one thing getting them down, it’s opening the wardrobe and dreading what’s going to fit.

Here’s the shift I want for you in the next 3 months. Not a number. Just honestly feeling good in your clothes .. the ones you already own, and the ones you’ve been avoiding for a while now.

What actually gets you there isn’t complicated.

Resistance training a couple of times a week, because that’s what changes how clothes fit, not just what the scale says.

A protein-first structure to your meals.

A weekend approach that doesn’t wipe out your week, so Monday never feels like starting from zero.

Someone checking in on you weekly, so you’re not figuring this out completely alone.

And of course, patience.

Real change by December starts now, not on the 1st of January.

3 months from now, getting dressed could feel completely different.

DM me THRIVE and let’s build your plan.

September hits and suddenly it’s gym posts, meal prep photos, “new season, new me” everywhere you look.

Meanwhile you’re there still feeling completely scattered.

Here’s what nobody says out loud: most of that isn’t as put-together as it looks either. Everyone’s just further along in pretending than you are right now. Social media is a highlight reel.

You’re not behind. You’re not the only one still catching up after summer. The real difference isn’t that everyone else has it figured out … it’s that they’ve potentially got a plan or structure that they’re started to follow… and right now you’re trying to sort yours out alone.

That’s the gap. It’s not always the time or the motivation that’s missing, it’s the plan.

DM me THRIVE and let’s get you the structure in place that allows you to do the same.

If a friend told you she’d had a stressful week, missed a few gym sessions, and grabbed dinner on the go most nights, what would you say to her?

Probably something like: that’s just a normal week, don’t be so hard on yourself, get back to it tomorrow.

Now think about how you actually talk to yourself in that exact same situation.

Different tone completely

Harsher

Less patient

Like you don’t get the same grace you’d hand out to anyone else without a second thought.

You already know exactly what you’d tell a friend in your position. You just can’t seem to say it to yourself.

That’s not a discipline problem. It’s just worth noticing …. because how you talk to yourself matters just as much as anything on a meal plan.

DM me THRIVE and let’s talk about how we can build something that works with you, not against you.

24/08/2026

You’ve built a career most people would kill for. You don’t lack drive. People in your position don’t lack discipline.

So when this is the one area where things haven’t clicked, it’s easy to land on “I just need more willpower” …as if the answer is trying harder, gritting your teeth, being stricter with yourself.

I want to stop you there, because I don’t think that’s true, and more importantly, I don’t think it matches everything else about how you operate.

What you don’t have isn’t willpower. It’s a plan built around your actual week, and someone in your corner checking in when things get chaotic … the way you’d never run a project at work without a plan and someone accountable for it.

Every driven, capable woman I’ve worked with hit the exact same wall. They tried to push on alone for years, using the same “just try harder” approach that worked everywhere else in their life … and it didn’t work here, because this was never a willpower problem to begin with.

Needing support isn’t weakness.

It’s the same thing that got you everywhere else you are, recognising when you need the right structure around you, and going and getting it.

If this is something you feel ready to get support with, DM me THRIVE and I’ll show you how we work!

Almost two years working together

Simple. Personalised. Support that flexes with you… daily accountability when you need it, more independence once you don’t.

And the goal is always to get to the point where you don’t.

This is what “structure over willpower” actually looks like in practice.

DM me THRIVE if you’re ready for the same.

Does this sound like you?

17/08/2026

You’ve got a team relying on you to make the calls. A family relying on you to hold things together.

Deadlines, clients, everyone pulling from the same 24 hours you’ve got.

Yet somehow… spending any of that time or money on yourself feels like the one indulgent, unnecessary thing on the list.

I hear this constantly, almost always from the women who are actually the most capable of managing everything else in their lives.

You’ll book the dentist appointment, sort the school run, hit the deadline, remember everyone’s birthday … and then tell yourself there’s no time or budget left over for you.

Here’s the part that gets missed.

You are no use to any of them running on empty.

Not sleeping properly, skipping meals, exhausted by 3pm and running on coffee and willpower … that’s not sustainable, and honestly, it’s not serving your team or your family either. It’s just simply burn out.

Taking care of yourself properly isn’t the selfish choice on the list.

It’s what actually lets you keep showing up for everyone else without falling apart while you do it.

This isn’t indulgence, it’s maintenance, the same way you’d never let a car run for years with no service and expect it to keep performing.

DM me THRIVE and let’s talk about how we can get you back on your own list.

We first spoke last year after this lady’s holidays,, with a role at work that had recently changed and a bit of extra pressure on top of it. Good time to get started, she thought.

Her nutrition was already fairly on point. What she needed was some structure, especially around the weekends, and a proper plan to lose the stone she was aiming for.

But honestly, just as important as the number was this … she was in her forties, hearing all about the importance of resistance training, and she wanted to feel strong. To feel like her body was actually working for her.

So we built two home workouts a week using some dumbbells, nothing more than that.

On nutrition, we followed a meal plan Monday to Friday, then tracked calories at the weekend instead, so she still had real freedom, a couple of glasses of wine, dinner out, but with clear parameters to keep it all on track.

Six months later, she’s 20lbs down, hit her goal, and feels genuinely strong and confident in her own clothes.

Most importantly, she never once felt overly-restricted through any of it, because the plan was built around her own reality!

Comment THRIVE and let’s talk about what this could look like for you
