Whether you came to 2, 20 or 200 classes I thank you for the support and sparkle over the last 3 years!
I am going to take a break from teaching this wonderful programme and head back to being a participant again.
It's been a smashing 3 years and I can't thank you all enough. Those smiling happy faces even when I shout ONE MORE TIME got me through those difficult weeks! 😊💪

Unfortunately I have been knocked off my bokwa feet with a pretty bad eye infection. 😣😣😣
Because of this I have been advised not to take the class tonight. I'm sorry about this.
Classes resume next Tuesday as normal.
Until then I'll be looking a bit like the photo below.
