Client Spotlight 🌟

A very “Happy” Christmas for Federica who has lost almost 8kgs of fatmass and put on 3.5lbs of muscle in only 4 short months of coaching in .

With two small babies and a high pressure job she made no excuses and did what was required of her. She did this while still enjoying nights out for work dinners and the odd glass of red wine along with her favourite food - pasta (she is Italian 😄)

She was highly stressed and in quite a dysregulated state in her Autonomic Nervous System so she started implementing Vagal Toning exercises along with meditation and breath work pattern protocols. Her HRV came into a much more balanced state which allowed hormonal balance and much better sleep quality along with a huge reduction in stress and a more resilient Nervous System.

Nutrition was about balance as she was greatly underrating when she started. Baseline Kcals for 6 weeks before pushing into a slight deficit and cycling this every four weeks after.

To say she is delighted, happier and healthier is an understatement. She now has the tools to work on her own nervous system and maintain the amazing results she has achieved!
