Here is Lee.⁣

Lee is 55 years of age and living in Bahrain.⁣

He’s also down 13kg of body fat, built lean muscle, and got stronger.⁣

And for the first time in his life, he’s eating more food than ever before. Something he never thought he’d be able to do.⁣

Like most guys, he thought that to lose weight he needed to eat less food. But that wasn’t the case.⁣

Before we started, Lee was training five days a week. Three boot camps and running on top of that. But every time he went out to run, he felt really heavy. On top of that, he couldn’t lose any body fat and simply thought that at his age, it just wasn’t going to happen.⁣

The problem wasn’t the effort. He was putting in the work.⁣

The problem was he was doing the wrong things. Too much focus on things that didn’t matter and not enough on what did.⁣

He’d never tracked before in his life. No idea how much protein he was having or how many calories. He just presumed that because he was eating healthy, he’d drop body fat.⁣

We didn’t cut his food. We increased it.⁣

We slowly got his protein up to where it needed to be to build muscle. Got his calories right. And once we did that, his body finally started working the way it should. Building muscle, recovering, losing fat.⁣

He’s also been dealing with a serious shoulder injury the whole way through. But he never used it as a reason to stop. Never used it as an excuse to eat like sh*t or jack it in. He kept showing up and we worked around it.⁣

He came to me wanting to lose the belly, build lean muscle, and get fit enough for mountain climbing.⁣

13kg of fat down. Lean muscle built. Shoulder being managed. Fitter than he’s been in years.⁣

Sleeping better. More productive in work. More energy. More focus.⁣

This is what the right system does. It doesn’t just change how you look. It changes how you function.⁣

If this sounds like you, DM me ‘RESULTS’ and let’s figure out what’s actually going on.

Seven guys in the Domin8 group right now who are absolutely smashing it.⁣

All of them over 35. ⁣

All of them with jobs that would flatten most people. ⁣

Five of them are dads. ⁣

None of them have endless time. ⁣

None of them were happy with how they were looking or feeling. ⁣

All of them knew they were operating below their own standard.⁣

That was the only thing they needed to know.⁣

They got the plan. ⁣

They followed it. ⁣

They didn’t look for reasons it wouldn’t work. ⁣

A couple of these lads have only been with me two months.⁣

Two months.⁣

This is what happens when the right system meets a man who’s done making excuses.⁣

If that’s you, DM me. ⁣

Let’s talk.

I’m going to be honest with you. Having a post-workout shake does basically nothing.😳⁣

Not because whey protein isn’t good. ⁣
It is. ⁣
But having it on its own post-workout, there isn’t really much point.⁣

Here’s what most guys do. 👇⁣

They train hard, get a pump, finish the session, grab the shaker, scoop of protein, bit of water, smash it back. Feels like the right thing to do when you’ve just trained.⁣

But your insulin is low at that point. ⁣

And a protein shake has no impact on insulin. So it’s basically just like having a chicken breast. ⁣

Doesn’t matter if you have it post-workout, pre-workout, before bed. ⁣

It’s just extra protein. That’s it.⁣

What actually matters is your total protein across the day. ⁣

Hit your numbers and you’re covered. The timing on its own means nothing.⁣

Now here’s where it gets different.⁣

If your goal is purely fat loss, keep insulin low. ⁣

Fine. ⁣

But if you’ve already got a decent bit of muscle, you’re looking to burn body fat and build at the same time, then you do want insulin elevated post-workout. ⁣

And this is where adding fast-acting carbs to that shake makes a massive difference.⁣

-Dextrose. ⁣
-Cyclic dextrin. ⁣
-Even a banana. ⁣

✅Insulin spikes.⁣
✅Amino acids get driven straight into the muscle. ⁣
✅Glycogen gets replenished. ⁣
✅Cortisol gets shut down. ⁣

If you’re taking creatine, research shows it’s almost entirely dependent on insulin to get into the muscle cell at all. ⁣

Without that spike it’s just passing through.⁣

Protein alone post-workout is Largely pointless.⁣

But Protein with fast carbs is actually doing something.⁣

Simple switch. ⁣

Most guys have never been told this.⁣

Save it.

If you’re a man over 35 who’s training hard, going to the gym, putting in the work, but your shape just doesn’t match the effort you’re putting in…⁣

That was Paul.⁣

-Demanding job. ⁣
-Full life outside the gym. ⁣
-Bouncing from program to program. ⁣
-Following different guys online. ⁣

But his body just wasn’t changing the way he wanted it to and the way he knew it could.⁣

The thing is, he didn’t need to train more.⁣

He needed to stop guessing and follow something that actually worked for his body and his life.⁣

And that’s exactly what we did.⁣

-No extreme dieting. ⁣
-Paul wasn’t living in the gym. ⁣
-We didn’t have to change everything in his life. ⁣

Just a structure that fit around his work, his family, and his lifestyle.⁣

Within weeks his physique started to tighten up. ⁣

Body fat dropped. ⁣
He started gaining muscle. ⁣
His abs started to pop through. ⁣

And with that, his confidence grew.⁣

He didn’t recognise himself in the mirror. In the best possible way.⁣

He didn’t just get lean. He built muscle. ⁣

And he learned how to maintain that shape and keep building while staying lean.⁣

He looks better now than he did in his 20s.⁣

If that sounds like something you want, send me a message with the word DOMIN8 and let’s get you there.⁣

Two of the lads that are smashing it this week 💪👌

Andrew is looking jacked!

Leaner and fuller

His holidays are coming up so he is getting ready for that, but he’s also just wanting to be in better Knick for himself

Barry is looking class

He’s back from his stag this week and he’s in that condition 😂

Weddings in 3 weeks for him, so we are pushing for that and his honeymoon after it

Both of the lads are dads and working long hours too 💪

Like, I get it. ⁣

Social media needs to be entertaining or the algorithm won’t push it out to more people. ⁣

I understand that.⁣

But at the end of the day, I’m 41 years of age. ⁣

I’m not gonna be dancing around the gym with my top off to trending music just to try and go viral.⁣

To be fair, even putting up reels talking about being single is embarrassing enough for me 🤣 but ironically they’re the only reels that seem to get proper engagement lately.⁣

But when it comes to coaching, I can only speak for myself.⁣

When I hired my own coach, I didn’t care about his private life.⁣

I didn’t care about behind the scenes content.⁣

I didn’t care what coffee he drank in the morning or what his morning routine looked like.⁣

I cared about three things.⁣

Could he get results?⁣

Had he already done it with other clients?⁣

And did he seem like a genuine person I could actually get on with and trust?⁣

That was it.⁣

And honestly, I’m pretty sure that’s the reason my clients joined me too.⁣

Not because they saw some entertaining reel.⁣

Not because I was acting like an influencer.⁣

They came because of the results I’ve gotten with clients.⁣

And because they felt I was believable, trustworthy, and not fake.⁣

At the end of the day, coaching is a service.⁣

And when you’re choosing a coach, the main thing you should be looking for is whether they’ve actually helped real men get real results.⁣

Not who makes the best transitions on Instagram.⁣

That’s just my opinion anyway

Every single man you see in this carousel got these results for one reason.⁣⁣They were coachable.⁣⁣What does that mean?⁣...

Every single man you see in this carousel got these results for one reason.⁣

They were coachable.⁣

What does that mean?⁣

They took direction.⁣
They implemented feedback.⁣
And they stopped making excuses for themselves.⁣

If I felt they had a bad week, I told them.⁣

If I felt they weren’t training hard enough, I told them.⁣

If I felt they were in denial about their habits, their food, their alcohol intake, their weekends, or why they weren’t progressing properly…⁣

I told them.⁣

And equally, if they absolutely smashed their week, nailed their macros, hit their training sessions, got their steps done, and did everything they were supposed to do…⁣

I told them that too.⁣

Being a good coach is not just telling clients “well done” every week.⁣

Being a good coach is being honest enough to have uncomfortable conversations when they need to be had.⁣

Because getting elite results requires change.⁣

And change isn’t always comfortable.⁣

The men I work with don’t want average results.⁣

They want to look better than 99% of men their age.⁣

They want to walk into a room and stand out physically.⁣
They want to look sharp in clothes.⁣
Lean.⁣
Muscular.⁣
Athletic.⁣
Fit.⁣

They want to feel confident taking their top off on holidays.⁣
They want their kids to look at them as an example.⁣
And they want to look like men who clearly have their s**t together.⁣

But here’s the reality…⁣

None of that happens without discipline.⁣

You still need to train hard.⁣
You still need to hit your calories and macros.⁣
And you still need to stay consistent even when life gets busy.⁣

The difference is, my clients achieve these results without having to live like competitive bodybuilders.⁣

No spending two hours in the gym every night.⁣
No stupid extremes.⁣

Just high standards, proper structure, accountability, and a system that works in the real world for busy men.⁣

That’s exactly why I created BUILT IN 90.⁣

Normally my coaching is a minimum of 6 months.⁣

But because we’re coming into summer, I’ve decided to open a limited 90-day option at half the usual price.⁣

So if you’re ready to stop making excuses, & finally get in elite shape..⁣
