Division Guidelines
(*please note these are just guidelines to allow you to form a team)
Scaled -Scaled masters - 45+
Barbell movements
Deadlift
Male 70-80kg Female 45-50kg
Clean/snatch any variation Male 42.5/30kg Female 42.5/30kg
All other barbell movements 42.5/30kg
*A 1rm or ladder of ascending weight is also possible
All DB movements
Male 17.5/ Female 12.5kg
Wall balls 9/6kg
Worm 50-55kg
Other movements
Box jumps -rowing -running- biking -double unders -pull ups (5 reps) knee raise - burpee etc
Inter -inter masters
Barbell movements
Deadlift
Male 80-100 Female 50-70kg
Clean/snatch any variation
Male 50-60kg Female 35-40kg
All other barbell movements
Male 50-60kg Female 35-40kg
*A 1rm or ladder of ascending weight is also possible
All DB movements
Male 22.5/ Female 15kg
Wall balls 9/6kg
Worm 65kg
Other movements
Box jumps -rowing -running -double unders-biking- pull ups - toe to bar- chest to bar(low volume) -burpee etc
Rx and Rx master's anything can come up
