💍💃 Wedding Dance & Hen Party Choreography 💃💍

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m delighted to introduce myself and offer wedding dance choreography and hen party dance classes for brides-to-be and their bridal parties. 👰‍♀️✨

A little about me… I’m a former Ballroom & Latin Dance Champion, having won many titles both here in Ireland and abroad. 🏆 I’m also a Zumba Fitness Instructor and Dance Choreographer, with a real passion for dance, fitness and helping people have fun and feel confident.
I’m also a 2025 bride myself, so I completely understand the excitement, nerves and pressure that come with planning your big day! ❤️ There’s so much to organise, and I want your dance experience to be one of the fun parts, something you can enjoy together without the stress.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic first dance, or a lively hen party dance class, I can create something tailored to you and your group — no previous dance experience needed! ❤️

Hi everyone! 😊 Just a little change to the Buggy Fit taster class — it will now be Tuesday 18th August at 10am in Carlow Town Park.
Come along for a gentle, buggy-friendly introduction back to exercise with a certified fitness instructor. 💕👶
A great chance to get moving, get some fresh air and meet other mammies in a relaxed and friendly setting.
