Our new 'LIT' class begins next week.

This is straight up sweaty conditioning.

You will be provided with a heart rate band so you can see your real time effort and track all those sweet calories you are burning.

Towards the end of the class you will the push hard to give every ounce of energy left to light up the board red with your max effort....

We promise to leave you on a high of endorphines.

Our new 'LIT' class which straight up amped cardio is launching Monday the 18th July.

You will be provided with a heart rate monitor at the beginning of class so you can see exactly how hard you are working while watching those sweet calories being burnt off.
