You asked, and we listened!!!!

We’re delighted to announce that from tomorrow Monday 22nd June, both our Mulhuddart and Ratoath gyms will open from 5:30am, on Monday to Friday mornings bringing them in line with Junction 6, which already offers 5:30am access….

We know many of our members like to get their training done before work, school runs, or the busy demands of the day, and we’ve received lots of requests for earlier access. We’re pleased to be able to make this happen.

New Opening Times Monday to Friday
✅ Mulhuddart – 5:30am
✅ Ratoath – 5:30am
✅ Junction 6 – 5:30am (no change)

Whether you’re an early bird, a shift worker, or simply enjoy starting your day with a workout, you’ll now have even more flexibility to train when it suits you.

💦 Why do Water Babies blow bubbles in their lessons?

Throughout the Water Babies progressive programme, they teach your little one to blow bubbles rhythmically in the water, building up their confidence to submerge their face fully turning their head to each side to breathe in. This is the aquatic breathing technique, they'll use in swimming strokes like front crawl when they graduate as Swimvincibles!
