Irish para-cycling star Linda Kelly recently gave a shout-out on Instagram after being kitted out with Inertia wheels - a nice reminder that good local cycling support can travel a long way.

A proper Bank Holiday weekend on the bike for Starsky Cycling Club.

Club riders were involved in road racing at the North Down GP, charity cycling at King of the Castle Cycle with Sean Kelly, and a tough Wicklow Mountains challenge with 132 km and around 2,500 metres of climbing. Different roads, different goals - same Starsky spirit.

Kresimir Kusic flies the flag at the 2026 Mullingar GP
On Sunday, Starsky CC’s Kresimir Kusic lined up for the Lakeside Wheelers Mullingar Grand Prix in Multyfarnham, Co. Westmeath.
He competed in the C2 category over 102 km (3 laps of a tough 34 km circuit) that finished on a climb.

Thanks to the Lakeside Wheelers for a well-organised GP.

Starsky Cycling Club is getting ready for another active cycling weekend.

On Sunday, club riders are expected to take part in the Whiteriver Wheelers Sportive, with both 100 km and 50 km routes on the plan, while Starsky will also be represented at the Lakeside Wheelers Mullingar GP.

Different events, different challenges - but the same club spirit: preparation, teamwork, support and love for the road.

A big weekend is coming for Irish cycling.

From the Newry 3 Day to the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, from the Mullingar GP to the BMX National Championships in Cork, 4–5 July shows just how alive and varied the Irish cycling scene really is.

Road racing, charity miles, youth racing, BMX, summer leagues and sportives - every part of the cycling community has something to follow, support or take part in.
