What is goal setting??
Every person should set themselves goals whatever they do in life. It is essential for people interested fitness to set goals, whether it is losing weight, chasing a pb, or even training to do a marathon.
Whatever the goal is it should have a short term, medium term and then finally the desired goal and each stage should also have a time frame in which to be achieved.
The 5 main parts to remember when looking to set goals is are they Specific, Measurable, Attainable (Achievable), Realistic and finally the time frame in which to achieve the goals!!
I set goals regulary and lately they have changed for the better but finally goals can be personal to yourself and no one else :)
