This is my amazing cousin .thomas_ on her weight loss journey as you can see by the pictures she's lost a whopping 55kg in 1 year 🔥🔥
Barbara has been with me since April after I met herself & her son Harry in a Dunnes Stores I very rarely shop in it was like we were meant to bump into each other she spoke to me about how she'd love to join the classes but thought she'd be a nuisance I reassured her of course she wouldn't be & herself & her daughter Sarah joined me the following Tuesday since then she never misses a class unless something really important pops up & it's great to see the Mother Daughter Bond when Sarah can join us if she hasn't got Rugby training, her son Harry has even joined the boxing club all really enjoying their training at Saint Catherine's Boxing Club 🥊🥊🥊

I am so proud of you Cuz & it's great to see you grow in confidence every week & get along so well with all the other amazing ladies you look amazing & I'm delighted to have met you that day as I always say everything happens for a reason 💞💞💖

On Friday Evening this amazing young lady Claimed her 4th National Title her latest being the U15S National Championship Girl 3 at 54kg 🏆
I've been working with Charley just over 3 years & in them 3 years it's been an absolute pleasure to watch her grow into the athlete she is today going from what time is training over at to can we train today😂😂

Charley hates days off but was under strict orders to have this weekend off after her tough camp she's had in the lead up to these Championships this young lady would run through brick walls for you & wouldn't question why as she knows anything we ask her to do is of her best interest & has payed off to get her where she is today 💪💪

Keep shining Charley great to see you get the rewards that you've worked so hard for & staying so humble next stop Europeen Championships 🥊🇮🇪🏆

Meet Linda only started with me 5 weeks ago & already starting to feel confident in her fitness classes & also in the gym, Linda's picture showing amazing results & her journey is only starting 🔥🔥
Keep up the great work Linda your doing amazing & looking amazing 😍
My advice to anyone struggling is find your tribe a place you can be yourself & not be judged by anyone we are hard enough on ourselves without anyone else judging us 🥊

Just had to share this beautiful msg I received on Wednesday morning from a beautiful lady 🩷

She's only training with us a few weeks & already feeling the benefits for not only her Physical Health but also her Mental Health 💚

As she said in the msg she sometimes feels thick (which she is not that's just in her head) but I love the fact that she knows over the next few weeks she is only going to get better as she is not giving up & doing amazing as is😍

JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU ALL ESPECIALLY THE LADY READING THIS WHO IS STRUGGLING & THINKS THERE IS NO WAY SHE CAN EVER DO FITNESS CLASSES OR FEELS TOO UNFIT YOU CAN DO IT 💪💪🫶

A week on from the All Irelands and a bit late putting up my own personal post but was waiting on amazing photos thank you Matthew great job as always of our Irish Champions .mg_boxing 👏👏

Also had to get a photo of our Irish Champions with the best technical coach .jimmy who also plays a big part behind the scenes with the girls coming over all the way from Coolock at least 2 nights a week to do pads & amazing technical work with the girls & myself of course you've the patience of a saint Jimmy 😂😂 we appreciate you so much 😊

Molly lost out on boxing in the All Irelands last year due to a broken arm but after boxing in the Dublin League's before Christmas she showed the heart of a lion getting a walkover in the Dublins which we didn't want but guaranteed her place in the All Irelands boxing in the semifinals & the finals going onto winning her 1st Irish Title Molly Mc Govern Girl 2 49kg Irish Champion 🏆 🥇

Charley Scott what can I say 3 times Irish Champion Girl 1 45kg Girl 2 47kg Girl 3 51kgs 🥇🥇🥇 setting the tone for the rest of the girls & boys in Saint Catherine's Boxing club a club that's not only a boxing club but a boxing family 🥊

Irish Titles don't come easy Charley & Molly are in the club from 6.30pm every training day 6 days a week even though they don't start till 7.15pn but that's the dedication & on their days off they are asking why are we not training 😂😂

Big thanks to Charley & Molly's parents for putting in the work at home with the girls 👏👏
