Thomas started training four years ago this month, and since then, he’s been in the fast lane! After just eight months of training, he had already clocked up six amateur fights. 🥊

Thomas brought a natural ability to fight, an incredible work ethic, consistency, and a willingness to learn and study Muay Thai like we haven’t seen before.
A true credit to his family, his community, and everyone who has been part of his journey.

As we enter the final quarter of the year, we’re firing up our Beginner Classes!
Whether you’re completely new to thaiboxing or looking to get back into training, our Beginner Classes are a great place to start.
We run 4 Beginner Classes every week:
•Monday & Wednesday — 19:45
•Tuesday & Thursday — 18:00
Our classes take you through the fundamentals step by step — from basic techniques and footwork, building your skills and confidence, right through to sparring techniques and sparring.
No experience necessary. Just turn up, put in the work, and enjoy the journey!

A different backdrop yesterday at the show. Huge credit to Mick and all the lads for putting on another great event.
picked up the win with another impressive performance. Even more impressive, Thomas hadn’t sparred or clinched for over five weeks after needing nine stitches in his forehead following his fight in Thailand.
