Hey guys,

Thanks to everyone who was able to make my open day on Saturday 03/09/22. I can’t express how happy I am with how it went. Thanks so much to all my family, friends and clients who made the day so special . I really appreciate all your efforts. I couldn’t have done it all with Chanelle Moynagh and a special mention to Christina Tlustos who baked some beautiful treats (also helped out at the fundraiser in 2018) . Thanks again to Greg Clifford Music of Clifford Clifford Productions for the fantastic video and for all my clients allowing me to share it 😃

The timetable is as follows:

Monday:

Reformer 10:00 with Ann-Marie
Reformer 17:15 with Dara
Mat 18:20 with Dara (Zoom option available)

Tuesday:

Mat 13:00 with Dara (Zoom option available)
Mat 19:00 with Dara (Zoom option available)

Wednesday:

Reformer 17:00 with Andrea
Reformer 18:00 with Andrea
Reformer 19:00 with Ann-Marie

Friday:

Mat 10:00 with Dara (Zoom option available)

All classes can be booked via the Wunderbook App.

Hi guys,

Happy new year 😃

Apologies for the radio silence for so long. Between the arrival of my daughter Edie Nell Clifford and renovating the new rehabilitation facility it has been busy busy busy 😂

I’m kicking off this week with a selection of Mat and reformer pilate session.

Monday: 17:15 reformer and 18:15 mat pilate.
Tuesday: 13:00 mat pilate and 19:00 mat pilate.
Friday: 10:00 mat pilate session.

The above classes are in the newly renovated studio and also available as a livestream. More classes will be added to the timetable in February.

Please drop me a message if any of the classes interest you in studio or via livestream.
