From us all at RWC I just want to thank everyone who has taken the time to lift with us and who became a part of our club. We have made some great memories and shared some great times. We have always tried to take pride in having a mixed and diverse group of lifters who maybe in other walks of life might not have got on but instead due to the shared love of this sport and through the environment we have tried to create have instead became good friends.

So sadly after nearly 4 years the time has come to finally close the doors of RWC. We have had a great run achieving some great results including national championship victorys, setting national records and our victorious male club championship winners of 2017.

Thanks again and I'm sure we will see you on the platform soon.

Couldn't agree more

Doesn't matter how much you can clean if you can't jerk it. Jerks are he most commonly failed attempt amongst lifters. Understanding how the dip affects the transition is the most important part. If you control your dip, you'll be able to effectively transition into the split.
