ch clients in private lessons as well as group offerings in Somatic Education as an ISMETA registered Clinical Somatic Educator in the tradition of Thomas Hanna since 2014 and am an Adjunct Teacher in the Essential Somatics Movement Teacher training for the European/UK as well as the North American (USA/Canada) students. My passion for passing on this knowledge has allowed me to travel within Ireland, the UK and Europe, as well as teaching students from all around the world in online lessons and mentoring for Somatic Movement Teachers. I am also a practitioner in training for the Buteyko Method (Breathing Education) under Patrick McKeown, a cancer rehab through exercise instructor and interdisciplinary movement teacher teaching Pilates and dance.
