I was just saying yesterday how exciting is now to me the idea of trying new things in my physical training. And last night I got a few "firsts " : first strict and first fall back (safely onto a crash mat, obviously!) from a (both in my stories if you're curious 😉).
And then I got to try my first : I'd better not mentioned this to my kitties, though 😛
None of these things would have happened had it not been for the great coaching team of . And a big special THANK YOU to coach who put together a fantastic series of gymnastics workshops. Every week I have felt myself getting stronger, have learned to break down complex movements so that I could perform them with awareness and safely. But most importantly, I've overcome fears that had been holding me back for years. And all while having a great time!
