Sport and exercise should be more than just winning. 🏃‍♂️🏅

A lot of the time we get caught up in the competitiveness of sports and the goal becomes about winning rather than having fun. It is always worth remembering why you got involved in sport in the first place because you enjoyed it. 👏🏼✨
