The holiday prep series is officially over😢

It’s been a hectic fee weeks to say the least so it’s only right that we pushed it out and waiting till next year.

Just means it’s gonna be a bit more special when we do eventually go away ☀️

You don’t need to.

All of these clients were working out from home and managed to get results like this.

Some having little to no equipment too.

What helped them?

Having structure, guidance and support from having me as a coach.
The accountability of me pushing them to the best of their ability with what they could do helped massively too.

They just had an extremely positive mindset that they could get results. They were hardworking and honest with me with everything!

This is what made them stand out and get the results they’ve got so far!

Holiday prep done for Mia☀️

I asked her a question saying did she feel more confident in herself on this holiday compared to ones before.

Her response👇
“1000%, couldn’t of gotten here without you”

The power of having a coach to guide you along the way!

Before joining she was just watching the odd YouTube or TikTok video trying to follow along but she never stuck to anything long term.

She knew she needed a change, she wasn’t happy with her appearance and that her holiday and birthday were around the corner so that’s when she reached out.

We set a plan into place and got to work straight away🤛🏽

We started off with some home workouts to build her confidence and fitness up as she didn’t feel comfortable going to a gym yet.

Then from someone who had never been to a gym before she was consistently going 3/4 times per week.

Fast forward to now she’s 4kg down🔥
Looking and feeling confident while away on holidays and proud of the body she’s building for someone who’s just turned 40 years young!

This is why I love doing in person events with my online clients.

Meet Ciara & Will 👫🏽

I’m making this post about them because neither of them are comfortable with me sharing their progress picture’s, which is totally fine!

But it’s just to show how unbelievable their results actually are.

Both started working with me to get in shape for their wedding, which is this year (in 58 days to be precise).

This was their first time stepping into a gym at our last client event.

They’ve done every single workout at home.

Their equipment:
-1 kettlebell
-2 adjustable dumbbells
-A yoga mat

In total they’re down a combined 24kilos!!🤯🤯

With such little equipment but with the right support, accountability and guidance they needed this is exactly where it’s got them to now.

Less than 2 months away from their big day it’s time to keep pushing to make them feel even better when that day comes 💒
