The Adult class is a drop-in session, so just come along and enjoy your bounce!

The class is open to everyone, regardless of their experience — from complete beginners who are stepping on the trampoline for the first time to advanced gymnasts.

Exciting News! British Gymnastics have just announced a Level 2 Trampoline coaching course will be held in Northern Ireland.

📆 Course dates: 24/25th October, 28/29th November
📝 Assessment: 28th February

You can sign up now for our summer minicamp! 🎉 We’ll be running sessions every Friday from 12–4 pm for the rest of the summer—plenty of fun to look forward to!

The cost for the minicamp is €50 per week.

Each week, our coaches will be in the hall from 12:00 pm getting everything set up and ready to go, with activities kicking off around 12:20 pm. We’ll start with a fun warm-up, then jump straight into bouncing, tumbling, and games for about an hour. After a quick snack and rest break, it’s back to more games, bouncing, and laughs for another hour before pick-up at 3:40 pm.

We can’t wait to see lots of you there—it’s going to be a fantastic summer! ☀️🤸‍♂️

As the hall is closed on Sundays over the summer, the adult classes need to be moved to a different day. In June, the adult class will run from 5pm to 7pm, and in July and August it will take place on Fridays from 6pm to 7pm.

Our Adults sessions are designed for anyone over 18 who wants to bounce, twist or somersault away! All levels are welcome, from seasoned competitor to complete beginner, we have wonderful dedicated coaches ready to work around you

What a weekend at Jump Start! 🤸‍♀️✨

Last weekend, seven of our gymnasts represented us at Jump Start—and what an incredible performance it was! Each athlete competed in two routines and a high bounce, delivering fantastic results and even bringing home one silver 🥈and two bronze 🥉medals.

A huge congratulations to all seven competitors - not just for their performances, but for the amazing team spirit and support they showed each other throughout. 💙

We’re so grateful for the incredible support that made this weekend possible from the wonderful parents who came along to cheer us on, to our dedicated coaches and official, and of course the gymnasts themselves, who have worked so hard in the lead-up to this competition. 🙌

From all the coaches at Nimbus, we couldn’t be prouder. You brought great energy, supported one another, and made the event such a fun and memorable experience. Well done to each and every one of you for absolutely smashing it!💫

Nimbus couldn't possibly not fundraise for such a great event! For the next 30 mins in the ISTO hall we have a small challenge for everyone: For every tiny seal you return to Fergus (the lovely CommISTO leader) Nimbus will donate €10!

There are 20 seals to find, and your time starts .... now!
