Carmel was on our email list for nearly 2 years before she ever walked through the SF Fitness doors
Like a lot of people…
She knew she should do something.
But wasn’t sure if it was for her.
When she did start, she wasn’t looking for anything extreme.
She just wanted to:
✔ Feel stronger
✔ Move better
✔ Feel more comfortable in her body
At the time…
Bending down felt stiff and awkward
She felt very inflexible
She’d had a previous neck strain from lifting at work
And knee surgery a few years earlier
So there was always that thought:
👉 “I need to be careful…”
Fast forward 4 months…
She’s:
✔ Stronger than she’s been in years
✔ Moving freely
✔ Confident bending, lifting, and training
She can touch her toes with ease.
She’s no longer afraid of lifting weights.
And recently…
She took part in a charity fitness challenge with us — helping raise nearly €14,000 for The Irish Cancer Society.
All because she trusted her body again — and trusted us to prepare her for it.
That’s the difference.
It’s not about pushing harder.
It’s about going from:
👉 “I’m not sure I can…”
to
👉 “I know I can.”
