Here's a wee article I wrote about 6 years ago while in Goa as part of my yoga internship: the result of many hours in a hot, dark, sweaty internet cafe down the road from the yoga shala. What with power cuts and the constant temptation to run off to the nearby beach to chill with a king coconut or enjoy the surf, it was truly a labour of love!
