Get moving for a fitter, healthier life

Dylan Crowe and Marc Smith both had the “light bulb moment”. Dylan was running several successful Physical Therapy clinics in Dublin. He was constantly attending to chronic pain patients, injuries from bad posture and inactivity. Patients who sat in their cars, then sat at their desks slumped in a forward flexing posture. His days where spent training an ar

ray of clients, from the elite athlete to the unmotivated ergonomically challenged office worker. Marc and Dylan noticed there was opportunity to create an environment where people can learn to move and improve their posture in the right way. They can resolve acute and chronic pains forever. They realised people are desk bound and sedentary by necessity rather than choice. They had a philosophy that was simple “Movement is the key to being pain free”. Moving in the right way can improve posture and reduce injuries and pain. Together they joined forces to set up The Posture Centre. Well that was back in 2006. Since then they have surrounded themselves with highly qualified Exercise Instructors and Injury practitioners. They offer small classes of Pilates, TRX, Iyengar Yoga and Tai Chi. There is a busy timetable with very competitive prices. This makes it affordable for everybody to enjoy pain free healthier life, and of course a better posture.

Great to pick up a 2nd in my category in a zwift race. Hopefully it’ll be up to B grade soon. Really noticing the extra bodyweight training paying off on the hills(although Van Helen really helped there). Can’t wait to do do a triathlon now
