My PT sessions have become an integral part of my week. They can be a great start to a day or a stress buster in the evening after work. My strength has improved along with my stamina and fitness levels. I automatically think about moving more throughout the day as I am sitting for long periods at a desk.

My mindset towards nutrition has shifted as I can still enjoy the food I like but I just make better choices.
My favourite part is that the gym sessions are only 30 mins but the trainers push you to get the most out of your session.

I would recommend GNS to a new person as the trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, supportive and motivating.
