We were lucky to have guest coach from 🤯 in Dublin this week to help our juniors work on the mental side of their game ahead of the new season.
For most of the players taking part, it’s not something that has been explored in much detail, but after a week of Jesse’s workshops they now have some tools and knowledge to put the breathing and concentration techniques into practise 🎯
Boiling the kettle is now my 4️⃣-6️⃣-2️⃣ time and luckily I drink a lot of tea 🫖
Purpose makes perfect! 👌🏼

Before heading to for the , .gaultier 🇫🇷 made a pitstop in where he put some of the juniors and the Irish players through their paces

An active warm-up today, starting with some straight drives 📏 🧘🏻
First hitting everything into the service box, then move on to hitting to target at the back, and then aiming to over-hit onto the back wall.
Make it cooperative to start with, before picking up the pace as everyone warms up
Should they be all standing at the back waiting for their shot, or should they be moving from the T 🤔
