Super excited to be hosting my first wellness weekend/ retreat happening in May!!

A wholesome outdoorsy weekend that includes hiking, bbq, cold dips, big hike followed by a pub dinner, chilled vibes, quality time, connection, a laugh and a time as well as place to recharge!

Get involved with the activities as well as enjoy some space to do things at your own leisure. It’s your weekend too!

Total cost incl food, drinks & accommodation, £130pp

The house can accommodate approx 35 people however capping this event. All are welcome, you don’t have to work with me directly or be part of the SFC Community to come along, all I ask is that I know/ know of you or we’ve chatted before🫶🏻

Some gym, training & coaching highlights from recently..

I am so beyond proud of all the ladies I work with & so grateful. All that are in the SFC Community, that come along to the events, read the emails, lengthy fb posts or whatsapp messages, interact on there, allow me to be part of their journey, have become good friends, who push themselves out their comfort zones and sign up to crazy events solo as well as together, those who make time for themselves in amongst all going on and many navigating great life changes, constantly showing up for themselves and aiming to better themselves, physically, mentally & emotionally each day, all for many different reasons

The lifestyle they all continue to lead, changes they continue to create & the community they continue to build, this is bloody awesome.

These are only a handful of screenshots shared but the amount of conversations had, messages, photos, experiences & moments.. wow🫶🏻

Some pics too from my own training as I continue to run, lift, coach, get coached, fuel the bod, work towards some exciting goals & run my business..

Super excited for all going on and for my upcoming SFC Wellness Weekend happening in the lakes as well as many more events!

Really should share the ladies wins, what goes on in the community & the whatsapp groups more often.. they’re all amazing. So very proud & grateful!

For a while have been focused on being present in what’s going on, being on the gym floor, coaching & typing away on the laptop as well as other things outside of this, that I haven’t shared much on socials but oh the ladies deserve the recognition even more that they already get!!

Some highlights from life outside of the gym recently!!

Lots more time outside & quality time w/ loved ones, completed the seven hills in Edi, first time visiting Isle of Arran then this weekend spent exploring (also first time in) Orkney which were both stunning & filled the cup up, more runs, lifts, catch ups, walks by the sea, in person sessions and all ladies getting on amazing genuinely so proud, lots of time at the laptop & getting organised for upcoming wellness weekend event (!!), quality coffees, got dressed up & a day at the races, couple of gins, didn’t win a thing but had the feet up & comfies on by 6.30pm..successful day if you ask me. More stunning views, yog bowls & delish food, pics holding beverages, slower paced weekends, laughs, quality time and just feeling very grateful

A good ol mix of wholesome vibes, fitness & flat whites..

Lots of quality time w/ loved ones, turned 25, first cold dips of the year, ate lots of cake towards the start of the month, heavy lifts, Hyrox w/ Anna & placed 2nd in our Spring Throwdown @ ONE w/ Andy, lighter days so getting to see more sunrises & sunsets, rugby, ladies doing amazing in their sessions and their journeys, some huge life milestones for them, an unreal gig in Manchester w/ my Dad which was 20 years since releasing that album, all the family over to celebrate the birthday and ate lots of Lebanese food, afternoon teas, coffee catch ups & one of my lovely friends’ baby shower(!!), finally got a new wardrobe (hello barrel leg jeans & adidas trainers), lots of hours at the laptop, SFC socials aka time with my awesome ladies in the community & friends doing fun things, another month of yog bowls, chicken mince & rice on repeat, more time by the sea, back running and all around great vibes..

As well as many long days, sometimes too much caffeine, other things in between but wow I love this little life x

Happening this weekend,

Saturday Stroll followed by Coffee & Cake☕️🍰

📍Saturday 14th March
Birks of Aberfeldy walk (approx 4km)
Meeting at 10.30am for the walk
OR a few of us are doing the Aberfeldy parkrun before so welcome to meet earlier for this!

Come for the run, walk or both. Then going for a coffee at a local cafe☕️

Invite a friend, family or come along solo. All are welcome. Let me know if you can make it and I’ll send exact meeting point as well as book a table for the cafe!

A lovely start to the month✨

More time outside, runs, stunning views, a lot of quality time with loved ones, lots of laughing, saw Mumford & Sons, stunning coffees, golf swings slowly improving (ish), badminton with the ladies, exploring new routes & coffee shops, lotss of lovely food, many yog bowls, great training sessions & strength is increasing, ladies getting on awesome in their sessions & many of pbs’s, quality conversations, more time being present with less urgency or stress,

Feeling very grateful for this wholesome little life x

SFC Socials 2026📆

It’s going to be a fun year ahead with lots of challenges, fitness & non fitness events, big focus on wellbeing, making memories, fun times and a sh*t tonne of wholesome vibes!

Open to all, including those in the SFC Community (my whatsapp group, the ladies I work with as well as those local who want to get involved)

Here’s some upcoming dates for the diary…

🏸Group badminton - Friday 6th Feb, 2 courts booked for 8.15pm.
Invited a friend, family or come along solo!

🚶Birks of Aberfeldy walk & coffee - Sat 14th March
Meeting @ 10.30am but going to do park run in Aberfeldy beforehand. Welcome to join for this or just the walk & coffee

Let me know what you can make it along to or interested in.

Alongside these will be random park runs, long runs, pilates classes, hikes/munros but not wanting to put everything as a set event
