We’re excited to introduce KB Circuits, a fast-paced, high-energy class designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel great in your body. This 45-minute session combines kettlebell strength work with conditioning exercises in timed stations lasting 20–45 seconds, giving you a heart-pumping, full-body workout that’s both efficient and effective.
KB Circuits is suitable for all fitness levels. The short, manageable intervals mean you can work at your own pace, and our coaches will always provide options and modifications to support you. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or looking to challenge yourself, you’ll be welcomed and encouraged every step of the way.
