Our Strong group has grown over the past few months to the stage that this week, we were bigger than our Zumba group! 💪💪💪💪 This is the proof of our commitment and resilience!!! 💪💪💪🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Another proof? A few of us did our September challenge at the end of the class! 💪💪💪💪 Even though we were tired, we did it! 👊👊👊👊

Because we are super highly motivated 💪😜😜😜😜, we have decided to challenge ourselves this month and do one of our plank songs from Mondays class and to make it fun (😅), we are going to do it 3 times a week!!

I would like to precise here that it wasn't my idea!! 😅😅😅😅😅
