How do I get rid of CELLULITE ? π₯Ί
A very common topic among us women! ππΌ Before I give you my top secret answer π€ I need to explain that first of all, it's NORMAL for us women to have cellulite, and this is because women's fat is typically distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks β (common areas for cellulite).
Weight gain and aging can make it more noticeable, but some lean people have cellulite, as well ( I used to have plenty cellulite despite of having small legs, and now it has improved so much that it's not so noticeable π).
Cellulite tends to run in families, so genetics might play a role. But again saying "it runs on the family" it's not an excuse, an inactive lifestyle increases your chances of having cellulite, as can pregnancy.

As you build muscle, you burn calories faster, promoting weight loss, which improves the appearance of you skin. However, losing weight and strengthening the muscles in those areas won't completely eliminate the dimpled skin texture, still resistance training can remodel the tissue and smooth the appearance of cellulite.
A healthy diet and regular exercise it's the only way to go! πͺπΌ
