After 4 months of keeping this a secret we can finally reveal we are extending our gym floor 💪 🙌
We will be adding more than 20 new pieces of kit covering all muscle groups and a few new electric high end stairmasters. Get excited prep heads!!

Most gyms have 1 maybe 2 cable machines if your lucky, when this is complete we will have a total of 11. We don't stop training when we get old , we get old when we stop training
