I personally am qualified in both forms but I love “my mat” you can always just take your mat out! So important to be able to experience that mind/body experience were you have to control your own body weight! As you all know I like to challenge you lovely peeps so without the strings and straps that you’d find on a reformer, once you have the basics and I feel technique is adequate…then the challenge begins….I love to incorporate some nice resistance within Pilates movements to focus on increasing your strength and give you that feeling of a full body workout! Feeling strong, flexible & mobile 💪

It also is more cost effective 🤑 so you’re still getting all the benefits without another added expense!

Happy New Year to one and all, thank you for joining me in 2023, I’m so grateful to everyone who has joined my classes.
