Hi everyone,
I have some bittersweet news to share with you.
Many of you may have already heard that era in Dublin Bar Academy is coming to an end. We haven’t spoken about it publicly very much, but unfortunately, the time has come for us to say goodbye.
Due to personal reasons, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from running the school. While Dublin Bar Academy will be closing, I’m very happy to say that the dancing won’t stop.
Our friends at Infinity Dance School will be continuing the Tuesday classes at St. Andrew’s. If you know them already, you’ll know they’re fantastic, and I couldn’t think of better people to carry things forward. There may be different teachers, but you’ll still have a place to dance every Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to continue our Thursday classes, as the venue has been sold and will be redeveloped.
Our final classes at Dublin Bar Academy will be on Thursday, 30th July. As there won’t be a class next Tuesday, the final Tuesday class will be on 4th August.
Angelica will be continuing to run the courses with Infinity Dance School, and she’ll be with you next Thursday to explain everything, answer any questions, and let you know what to expect going forward.
I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible support you’ve given us over the past four years. You’ve helped create such a welcoming, fun, and special community, and it’s been an absolute privilege to be part of your dance journey.
Although this chapter is coming to an end, I truly hope you’ll keep dancing, keep supporting your local dance community, and most importantly, keep enjoying yourselves. I hope our paths continue to cross on dance floors for many years to come.
Thank you for every class, every laugh, every social, and every memory. It’s been an unforgettable journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to each and every one of you.
See you on the dance floor,
Mark❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
