Masters Christy Fagan and Nicolae Mesina will be hosting a "Boxing for Taekwon-Do" seminar with well known Boxing figure Mr Mick Dowling on Sunday April 3rd in Sean McDermott Street Taekwon-Do club.
Mick Dowling is one of Irish boxings true greats. During a storied boxing career Mick holds the record 8 National titles in a single weight class, 9 overall. He represented Ireland at the 2 Olympic games, 68 in Mexico and 72 in West Germany. A holder of 2 European Bronze medals he went on to establish the famous Mount Tallent Boxing Club and has coached for many successful years. In addition to his coaching credentials, Mick also served as RTE televisions Boxing Analyst for 7 Olympic Games.
