The value of good coaching goes beyond programming. It should provide clarity.
When clients understand how to train, how to perform an exercise effectively, and when the time is right to progress the load, confidence increases and progress becomes far easier to achieve.
Too often, people are putting in the effort but not seeing the results they expect—not because they’re not working hard enough, but because they lack direction & clarity. They’re unsure of what they should be doing, how they should be doing it, or why they’re doing it in the first place.
If you’re finding it hard to make meaningful progress with your training, there’s a good chance the issue isn’t your effort—it’s a lack of clarity. Without clarity, confidence suffers. When confidence suffers, ex*****on becomes inconsistent, and progress slows.
Clarity creates confidence. Confidence drives ex*****on. Ex*****on drives results.
