Ben'a goal was to lose the gut, get stronger, and feel more energetic.
After ONLY 6 weeks under our guidance, Ben has made absolutely huge progress.
Ben did not stop at 6 weeks, instead, he simply pushed on, and has now made the gym his lifestyle.
From what I have seen so far, if you can train for 1 year, and really commit to this, you will see a HUGE transformation. Building muscle takes time. Losing fat can happen fairly quick. But to see actual muscle growth, you have to give it a year!

I started training to get healthier and to lose fat, at 54 I had no structure training even though I liked being active.
I was doing my own strength training, however I was getting no results and found it difficult to motivate myself to do a workout alone.
The small group training has been brilliant, I attend 3 sessions a week and all the participants there are helpful and friendly, they have all been on the same journey, just trying to get healthier, the mix of ages and fitness levels are catered for by Adem and the team.
The guidance,support, and knowledge of the trainers makes the difference, you get one to one advice on form, technique, it’s about how you do it, not about how much you can lift.
