Youth Taekwondo Training for ages 5-7 years.

A stepping stone to join much sought after places in South Dublin Taekwondo—A High Performance Sport based taekwondo Club based in The Arena Shopping Centre, Whitestown Way, Tallaght, Dublin.

Black Belt Coaches who have qualified through the South Dublin Taekwondo training programme.

South Dublin Taekwondo are members of Taekwondo Ireland, the National Governing Body for Olympic Taekwondo in Ireland.

Training Days—Typically Tuesdays & Thursdays

Buff Performance Bootcamp at South Dublin Martial Arts & Fitness

What's included?

⚡Goal setting - our ‘pro’s set and review’ system of your goals is completed every 2 weeks. This is the same system used by our professional athletes and allows us to track and monitor your goals.

⚡6 week strength and fitness bootcamps including accountability tracking, fitness tracking, tracking your weight and mobility. These areas will be chosen based on your goals.

⚡A fun community based environment twice per week for all levels, taken at your own pace.
