🟢⚫️ one of the few teams who were able to brave the weather this weekend were our u12 girls Shamrocks. They were unfortunately on the wrong side of a 3-2 scoreline against Killoe despite playing really well. Hard luck girls. Goals came from Millie and Amalie ⚽️

🟢⚫️ Rynn Rovers u12 ☘️ 5 - 0 UCL Stormers

On a windy and wet afternoon on a good surface in Lough Gowna our u12s put in a super performance.

Rynn played a solid first half with good defensive play from Byron McNamara, Niall McGarry amd Harry Shanley and Yegor in defensive midfield and Jack Guckian having a great game in goals on his return from injury. Rynn took the lead close to half time through Oisin McCloskey.

The 2nd half the lads really kicked into gear and the subs made a big impact with debutant Lochlann Reilly coming on to score twice and James Hunt also getting on the scoresheet coming off the bench.

A great effort and work rate from all 13 players involved.

❤️⚫️ Rynn Rovers U12 hearts girls V Ardagh
6-3

The hearts girls remain undefeated this season with a great 6-3 win over Ardagh. It was a lovely morning and many parents commented on the quality of the match from both sides.

Tight first half ended 3-2 with a penalty save from Naomi keeping us ahead. We started bright in the second and goals from Mia, Sienna and Laura finished a 6-3 victory.

Thanks to Ardagh for a very sporting game.

🟢⚫️ Rynn Rovers U13 Boys 10 - 0 Ballyboro Scorpions.

Another super home performance on a near perfect morning for soccer. Rynn started brightly and could have had the game put to bed early only for some wayward shooting and a few great saves from the Ballyboro keeper,.

Eventually the break through goal came from Tristan McWeeney and it was followed up with goals from Eoin Doonan ,Louis Beirne, Kai Nathan and Michael Rowley . HT Rynn lead 5 nil.

Second half started with a contender for goal of the season from Tristan McWeeney before Eoin Doonan x2, Eoin Mc Crann and Eoin McWeeney wrapped up the scoring.

A super performance from our defence was the platform for the attackers to shine today and our stand in keeper Osin done well when called upon.
Great performance from all the lads and we move on to the next game in good form.

🟢⚫️ Rynn Rovers U16 Girls 3-3 Stonepark ⚽

Rynn Rovers started the stronger of the two teams, taking a deserved 1-0 lead into half-time thanks to a goal from Ellie ⚽️.

Stonepark came out flying in the second half, scoring twice ⚽️⚽️ early on to turn the game around. However, Rynn Rovers responded brilliantly, with Mia⚽️ finding the net before Ellie ⚽️ grabbed her second goal of the game to put Rovers 3-2 ahead with just minutes remaining.

Stonepark showed great determination and continued to push forward, creating several chances before finding a well-deserved equaliser just before the final whistle.

An exciting, end-to-end encounter with flowing football, great determination from both sides and plenty of goals. Both teams had their moments in front, but a 3-3 draw was a fair reflection of a fantastic game! ⚽👏

🟢⚫️❤️ Rynn Rovers Hearts u12 6-2 Real Clondra

A superb performance in Mohill this afternoon by our u12 Hearts team. It didn't get off to the best start for them as they conceded a penalty against the run of play for a handball in the penalty box which Clondra converted. The lead was soon cancelled out by a calm finish by Senan Costello. Rynn were soon ahead when the keeper misjudged the flight of the ball from Darragh Canning's free kick. 2-1 at half time.

The 2nd half saw Clondra equalose early but Rynn were back in front when Cian Prior finished at the back post after some good link up play with his brother Aaron. Conor Gallogly made it 4-2 after some excellent play. Conor then got a 2nd after a turn in midfield which wouldn't look out of place in the Premier League and he ran through to slot it away in the corner. Rynn's defenders put in an incredible display at the back, with Darragh Canning, Fíonn Maguire and Matthew McKiernan showing levels of work and determination rarely seen and also in midfield from man of the match Senan Costello. Conor Gallogly added 6th and crowned his hat trick with another excellent finish.

Super performance lads. Well done on the win 💪
