Your choice really,
A lot of the time you can open up Instagram and go true stories and see posts about Monday in a negative manner, to me it’s a new week, a fresh start to get stuff done you didn’t do last week or do better than last week entirely, you can either hop on the negative train and let social media influence you that Monday is the Latin word for “HELL”(joke) or you can look at it in a positive way and be happy to be able to start another week again,

That’s a fact, “Is it tho”
Again in MY opinion, I find that there are so many facts people talk about from food to training in the gym, that information being passed on from one person to another sometimes gets filtered the more it’s being passed on and before you know it someone will be telling you that Wednesday’s is the best day to train legs because you’ve been in work since Monday and they’re more activated 🤔 some facts are true some are not but, if your unsure ask, google it, trail it, 👍🏽

“Is it tho”

Weekly goals,
In MY opinion it’s better to set yourself weekly goals and be able to achieve them than a yearly goal that are not achievable at all. A small goal will help you stay on track to what you want to accomplish, set a goal at the start of your week and increase it 7 days later. If you have a yearly goal that’s not achievable you might not realize till it’s too late, weeks or months down the line. But if you have a weekly goal you’ll know if that goal is achievable by the 7th day still push yourself as best you can,Set small goals smash them. Again MY opinion double tap if you agree.
