Just like our local band "It's been a long time coming", the Rás will be back after a 2 year absence. We celebrated the 50th in 2019 and little did we or the world know what lay ahead....A global pandemic! So it's a few years later... 2022...and we are ready to go again! Rás na hÉireann 2022 will be held on Sunday February 20th at the beautiful OPW site at Oldbridge.

Important information regarding the 2020 Rás na hÉireann.

This year's race is being held on Sunday November 15th to coincide with the European Cross Country championships which are being held in Dublin. This race will give athletes an ideal opportunity for a competitive race a few weeks before Irish Nationals and Euro XC selection. Please keep an eye on this page for more info over the coming months.

Kingspan Rás na hÉireann 2019

2019 will stage the 50th running of this event with a full programme of juvenile, junior and senior races. As well as the elite International field, we will also have a 3k fun run so everyone can take part and celebrate the day.
