A lot of people have been asking me lately 'How is your training programme going'
I always reply 'Fu***ng loving it' 👊
But let me tell you something 👇
You don’t need a more intense workout plan.
You don’t need a more intense nutrition plan.
You don’t need to starve yourself.
You don’t need to try to burn as many calories as possible every day in the gym.
You don’t need to drink apple cider vinegar (or take the f'ing gummies).
You don’t need to do keto.
You don’t need to do HIIT.
You don't need to drink a filthy greens powder that tastes like crap.
You don't need fat burners that do, literally, nothing.
You don’t need to do any of that.
What you need to do is be more intense about being consistent with the simple, basic stuff you already know you should be doing but aren’t.
Have discipline!
Get outside.
Walk.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
Lift weights a couple times a week.
Eat some protein.
Drink more water.
Put your phone down and get some quality sleep.
You know.
That stuff.
The s**t that most people don't want to do 🤣
If you do this then I promise, you will succeed 💪
