Once we have control of our emotions everything I started out in the HEALTH & FITNESS industry in 2007.

I was un-happy working a dead end job with absolutely no prospects, so I decided I wanted to change my life for the better. I was working full time when I decided to go back to college and study to be a FIT PRO. Since then I have become fully qualified in the following

My aim is to help YOU to become THE BEST VERSION OF YOU!!!! I run many group programmes with the main focus on FAT LOSS & HEALTHY living. I have trained everyone from JOE BLOGGS to FOOTBALL teams and also MMA irish athletes. My motto is - GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY

All deposits paid towards either One2One coaching or any gym programmes are non refundable, the only time we will refund is if we cannot fulfill our service to you then we will refund any deposits paid.

Only 6 weeks in of her 12 weeks and I'd be extremely happy with these results even after 12 weeks ❤

We'll just show you her progress from the back today and leave you all in suspense for her final photos in another 6 weeks 👊

A lot of people have been asking me lately 'How is your training programme going'

I always reply 'Fu***ng loving it' 👊

But let me tell you something 👇

You don’t need a more intense workout plan.

You don’t need a more intense nutrition plan.

You don’t need to starve yourself.

You don’t need to try to burn as many calories as possible every day in the gym.

You don’t need to drink apple cider vinegar (or take the f'ing gummies).

You don’t need to do keto.

You don’t need to do HIIT.

You don't need to drink a filthy greens powder that tastes like crap.

You don't need fat burners that do, literally, nothing.

You don’t need to do any of that.

What you need to do is be more intense about being consistent with the simple, basic stuff you already know you should be doing but aren’t.

Have discipline!

Get outside.

Walk.

Eat more fruits and veggies.

Lift weights a couple times a week.

Eat some protein.

Drink more water.

Put your phone down and get some quality sleep.

You know.

That stuff.

The s**t that most people don't want to do 🤣

If you do this then I promise, you will succeed 💪
