Mindset is a massive thing in life . No matter what we do it's our mind that gets us to where we want to be. If we are in a negative mindset it's harder to reach those goals.
Same goes for nutrition and exercise .
Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Set realistic goals long and short term.
Habit changing and habit stacking are easier than going cold turkey.
Believe in yourself. When things get tough tell yourself you can do it!
Believe in yourself and you can achieve anything. Everything is possible.

Client progress:

Gareth has been receiving online coaching on and off for 12 months and during this time has gotten super results.

Being tall and lean he had previously struggled to pack on muscle while staying lean and with the proper tools and guidance he was able to achieve his goals.

Do you suffer from muscle cramps?

Usually this is a sign of dehydration , so if water isn't fixing the issue , your body is lacking in certain vitamins and minerals.

Here are a few foods to pack into your diet if you are struggling:

1. Sweet potato 🥔. As well as being tasty and a handy way to get carbs in, it's full of calcium and magnesium which helps relax the muscles when fatigued.

2. Eat more greens. Broccoli 🥦 spinach and asparagus are great. Adding these instead of other veggies will add more calcium and magnesium also. The leader the better!

3. Orange juice / oranges/ bananas. Full of potassium and also contribute to heart health

4. Watermelon 🍉. So juicy and thirsty quenching is perfect for rehydration of the muscles.

5. Avocado 🥑 is full of potassium. Potassium is an essential mineral and electrolyte that not only helps with spasms but regulates fluid and is also great for reducing blood pressure.

6. Tomatoes 🍅. Again packed with potassium. Slide into your salad or sandwich for extra taste.

7. Milk. Full of protein, calcium which helps with muscle tissue repair.

8. Nuts & seeds . Another great source of magnesium which helps relax the muscles and the brain.

Love it or hate it Spinach is a top dog when it comes to nutritional benefits.

In just 100g it gives us 23 calories, 2.2g fibre and 2.9g protein.

It also has high doses of Vit k, A, magnesium, iron, folate and lots more...

This means that not only does it suit your macros but it also benefits your overall health reducing blood pressure, increasing bone strength and improving your immune system and metabolism.

Haven't posted in a while but here is a client I have been working with for a while.

Aidan wanted his physique tweaked so he could be more athletic and on the wrong side of 40 wanted to be able to stay fit for football and other sports.

Fixed his nutritional and added in extra weights to his programme and voila... He got what he wanted.

Doesn't need to be as tough as u think as long as you stay accountable for everything we ask of you
