It all starts with food

First, you must have a goal,
Then, food drives you towards the goal,
Lastly, however long it takes, if you keep showing up, you will reach your goal.

Strength training and cardio will greatly benefit how that goal turns out. Best make sure that your program thinks long-term too, because nothing short lasts.

Quit the guessing,
Quit lying to yourself,
No more excuses,
Get off the fast lane.

If you want to perform at your best or to get in the best shape, believe it or not, you are in control of that.

It all comes down to what step you will take next.

To help keep Clonmany Gym a safe, tidy & enjoyable place for everyone, we'd like to remind all members of a few basic gym etiquette rules:

βœ… Please re-rack all dumbbells, weights & plates after use.

βœ… Return bars and equipment to the area where you found them after use.

βœ… Don't leave weights, plates or other equipment lying on the gym floor where they can become a trip hazard.

βœ… Treat the gym & equipment with respect so that the next person can enjoy their workout too.

A few extra seconds tidying up after yourself makes a huge difference and helps keep the gym safe, organised & welcoming for all members.

We were delighted to kick off our Move 2 Improve programme this week with a fantastic group in Clonmany Community Centre .
It was great to see such strong interest and participation on day one, with everyone getting stuck into the first session.
This 8-week programme focuses on building strength, balance and mobility in a fun, supportive environment.
A big well done to everyone who came along today - we’re excited to see participants progress over the coming weeks.
