Wednesdays Start and fFinish line,..We Starting at 9am,..course is a basic out and back along canal with water stations every 4 or so miles ...usual rules apply ,No littering,No swimming and if ur feeling sick stay the f**k away...Burgers and beer back at Hq from 12:30/1pm...
